What we build, and how far we take it.

We take responsibility for the whole product: the interface, the services behind it, the payments, the infrastructure and the security. One team, one point of accountability.

Service 01

Web application development

Dashboards, portals, marketplaces and internal tools, built to run well on a mid-range phone over a mobile network, not only on a desktop in an office.

What you get

  • Responsive front end, accessible by default
  • Typed API layer and a modelled database
  • Authentication, roles and permissions
  • Admin panel for the people running the business
  • Automated tests over the paths that matter

Typical stack

ReactNext.jsTypeScript Node.jsNestJStRPC PostgreSQLSupabase

Service 02

Mobile app development

Native Android and iOS builds, plus installable progressive web apps, sharing a codebase with the web product wherever that saves money without costing quality.

What you get

  • Android and iOS builds, store submission included
  • Installable web app for users who will not download
  • Push notifications and offline tolerance
  • Real-time features: chat, calling, live updates
  • Multi-language support from the start

Typical stack

Service 03

AI and automation

Agents and pipelines that carry real workload: generating content, planning work, chaining tools and reading your data. We add AI where it does the job better and leave it out where it does not.

What you get

  • Agents that plan and execute multi-step work
  • Content, image and video generation pipelines
  • Retrieval over your own documents and data
  • Model-agnostic design, so you keep your provider choice
  • Human approval gates wherever the stakes justify them

Typical stack

Service 04

E-commerce and payments

Storefronts and the operational machinery behind them, wired into the payment methods your customers actually use. M-Pesa first, cards alongside it, escrow where trust is the blocker.

What you get

  • Catalogue, cart and a conversion-focused checkout
  • M-Pesa, card and mobile money integration
  • Escrow and staged release for marketplaces
  • Order, inventory and fulfilment admin
  • Settlement and reconciliation you can audit

Typical stack

Service 05

Security engineering

Authorised penetration testing, architecture review and hardening. We test only systems the owner has authorised in writing, and every engagement is scoped before a single request is sent.

What you get

  • Scoped testing under written authorisation
  • Web, API, cloud and authentication assessments
  • Findings ranked by business impact, not scanner score
  • Fix guidance your developers can act on directly
  • Retest after remediation to confirm the fix holds

Service 06

Cloud, DevOps and support

Getting a product live is half the job. We set up the deployment pipeline, the monitoring and the backups, then stay on to keep everything healthy as usage grows.

What you get

  • CI/CD pipelines with preview environments
  • Monitoring, logging and alerts that reach a human
  • Automated backups and a tested restore path
  • Cost review and right-sized infrastructure
  • Ongoing maintenance and feature retainers

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

Choose based on how settled your requirements are and how long you need the team.

Fixed-scope project

Best when the goal is clear

We scope the work, agree a fixed price and a delivery date, then hand over a finished product. You know the cost before we write any code.

Request a quote

Monthly retainer

Best for products already live

A set number of engineering days each month for new features, fixes and maintenance. You set the priorities, and unused scope rolls into the next cycle.

Discuss a retainer

Dedicated team

Best for long-running builds

Engineers working solely on your product, integrated with your own team, standups and tooling. Scale up or down as the roadmap changes.

Questions

Before you get in touch

How long does a typical project take?

A focused web or mobile product usually runs eight to sixteen weeks from kickoff to launch. Smaller pieces of work, such as an integration, a redesign or a hardening pass, often land inside two to four weeks. We give you a real estimate after the discovery conversation, not before it.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope, and we would rather quote honestly than advertise a number that changes later. Tell us what you need and we will send a written breakdown covering the work, the timeline and the price. That quote is free.

Who owns the code?

You do. On final payment we transfer the source code, the repositories, the infrastructure accounts and the documentation to you. You are never locked into us for maintenance.

Do you work with clients outside Kenya?

Yes. We are based in Nairobi and work with clients worldwide, largely asynchronously, with scheduled calls in whatever time zone suits you. Several of our products already serve users across 195 countries or more.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Often, yes. We start with a paid audit covering architecture, code quality, security and the cost of continuing versus rebuilding, then give you a straight recommendation. That includes telling you when a rebuild is not worth it.

What do you need from us to start?

A clear description of the problem, whoever can make decisions on your side, and access to anything that already exists. Requirements documents are welcome but not required. Many good projects start as a conversation.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

We will tell you honestly whether we are the right team, what it will take, and how long. A quote costs you nothing.
